Project Overview

Artal Digital School wanted to create a more seamless experience for parents exploring the school. Instead of navigating long pages or waiting on email replies, parents could simply ask a question and get an immediate answer. We developed a custom AI-powered chatbot that now handles inquiries around school policies, application processes, events, and more. Automating a key part of the communication workflow.

The Challenge

Artal was receiving repeated questions from prospective parents—ranging from admissions to logistics and day-to-day school life. Their team needed a way to reduce the back-and-forth while still providing warm, accurate, and helpful responses. The solution had to be on-brand, easy to integrate, and flexible enough to grow with the school’s needs.

From Inbox Overload to Instant Support

The chatbot was originally intended to assist new parents, but it quickly became more than that. New teachers also began using it to understand internal policies and school systems—reducing the load on the management team and making onboarding smoother. What started as a communication tool evolved into a smart, self-serve knowledge center for the entire community.
