Project Overview

Siniora, a leading regional food company, wanted to improve the accuracy and fairness of internal performance evaluations. Traditional assessments often led to generic feedback and misaligned bonus decisions. We were brought in to develop a custom AI-powered self-assessment portal—giving employees a structured way to reflect on their performance while providing HR with smarter, data-backed insights for rewards and promotions.

The Challenge

Siniora’s leadership needed a way to move beyond manual evaluations and subjective scoring. They wanted to implement a system that could:

  • Allow all employees to complete structured self-assessments

  • Analyze responses through a performance-aware AI model

  • Highlight high-performing individuals while minimizing misclassifications

And they needed it delivered quickly, securely, and aligned with their HR workflows.

From Manual Guessworks to AI-Led Clarity

Before this platform, Siniora’s review cycles were fragmented—subjective input, inconsistent formats, and limited follow-up data. We helped them leap forward by designing a centralized system where all employees could be evaluated consistently. The AI model reduced surface-level responses, cross-compared scores, and learned how to identify top talent with clarity. HR no longer had to guess who deserved more—they could see it.

What We Built

AI-Powered Self-Assessment Engine: Designed an interface for employees to complete evaluations across key performance categories

Smart Ranking System: Implemented logic that flagged high-performing individuals and filtered out weak signal responses—reducing false positives by 3.5x

Role-Based Dashboards: Built dashboards for HR and managers to review team-level performance, promote fairness, and inform decisions

Secure Internal Portal: Developed a centralized web app tailored to Siniora’s infrastructure, with secure logins and employee-linked data

Launch & Onboarding: Rolled out the tool across the company, guiding the HR team through analysis and post-assessment workflow
