Siniora, a leading regional food company, wanted to improve the accuracy and fairness of internal performance evaluations. Traditional assessments often led to generic feedback and misaligned bonus decisions. We were brought in to develop a custom AI-powered self-assessment portal—giving employees a structured way to reflect on their performance while providing HR with smarter, data-backed insights for rewards and promotions.

Before this platform, Siniora’s review cycles were fragmented—subjective input, inconsistent formats, and limited follow-up data. We helped them leap forward by designing a centralized system where all employees could be evaluated consistently. The AI model reduced surface-level responses, cross-compared scores, and learned how to identify top talent with clarity. HR no longer had to guess who deserved more—they could see it.
